Fairly short drive from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Dallas, Texas. I’ll likely avoid freeway driving today.
This will be the first of eleven nights in Texas. One night in Dallas, three nights each in Galveston, Austin and San Antonio and then one night somewhere in West Texas on my way to New Mexico.

Deep Ellum is an interesting area of Dallas. Great restaurants. The Fort Worth water gardens is interesting Fort Worth also has some good museums.
