Yeah, I know Portland isn’t really a hotbed of Texas BBQ, but it was close to the hotel (and damned good too!)

Burlington, Vermont to Portland, Maine, where I’ll spend three nights. I’m going to avoid freeways as much as possible.

Great pub atmosphere, good steamed mussels, stunningly good local beer🍺😋😀

A more traditional lobster roll. Chopped lobster mixed with mayo and finely diced celery. Good roll, great chowder.
