Two more Louisiana classics – BBQ shrimp and seafood gumbo 😋

Today I’ll drive from Birmingham, Alabama to New Orleans, Louisana. I’ll spend three nights in New Orleans.

Continuing to eat BBQ while in the south. Today, North Carolina pulled pork (with spicy vinegar), collards, baked beans and cornbread muffins 😋

Couldn’t find a gift shop in Mobile or Birmingham so I used a trick that I’d also used in Boise, Idaho and Manchester, New Hampshire – went to the airport 🙂
