I hate to go, I really love this city, but it’s time to move on.

Today, a short drive up I-5 to Long Beach, CA, where I’ll spend three nights. Years ago, I used to travel to the Boeing facility in Seal Beach, CA quite a bit – at times staying in Seal Beach other times in Long Beach, so this is really a bit of a nostalgia stop. Plus the Long Beach downtown/waterfront is cool. Should be fun.

Great day today. San Diego zoo, which I haven’t visited in years, wonderful locals waterfront fish shack for some amazing fish Tacos, water taxi to Coronado and back and grilled octopus for dinner. 

I’ll post pictures tomorrow. For now, I’m enjoying another beer after dinner 😀🍺
