Today, I drive back up to Williston, North Dakota and continue my eastward journey on US Highway 2. Tonight, I’ll stop in Minot, North Dakota, where I’ll spend two nights. Tomorrow is planned as a rest/recharge and laundry day.

While I still intend to drive the full length of US Highway 2, today I’m taking a side trip south to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. There are three major components to the park, the North Unit, the South Unit and Painted Canyon. I’ll try to see all three, time permitting.
