Some photos of downtown Fargo, North Dakota

One of my favorite foods is a blackened grouper sandwich, available all over Florida, but especially good at The Fish House in Key Largo.
Today I found an excellent Midwest equivalent – a blackened walleye sandwich at Lucky’s 13 Pub in Fargo, North Dakota.
I was told that when North Dakota I should eat Walleye. This was an interesting and very delicious treatment – Walleye Picatta.
Time to move on…
Today, I’ll continue east on US Highway 2 to Grand Forks, North Dakota, at which point I’ll take a side trip south to Fargo, North Dakota, where I’ll spend two nights.
After Fargo, back to Highway 2 and east to Duluth, Minnesota, where I’ll spend Wednesday and Thursday nights. After Duluth, I’ll again leave Highway 2 and spend three nights in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Roosevelt Park Zoo in Minot, North Dakota

Wow, seven weeks already and I feel as if I’m just getting started!
I’ll have a quiet day here in Minot, laundry in the morning, perhaps the zoo in the afternoon. Tomorrow, I’ll drive to Fargo, North Dakota, where I’ll spend two nights followed by two nights in Duluth, Minnesota, After that, some ideas, but nothing definite as yet.
