Through Death Valley National Park

From Seal Beach, California to Victorville, California. The only reason that I’m going to Victorville today is so that I can drive through Death Valley National Park tomorrow.

From Lake Havasu City, Arizona to Seal Beach, California, with a stop at Joshua Tree National Park.

Today, I drive from Flagstaff, Arizona to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where I’ll spend one night. Yes, Lake Havasu City is where the London Bridge is, I’ve seen it before but I’ll probably take a few photos to share. This is really just a stopover on my way to Southern California.

The, for the next two and a half weeks, I’m going to meander around California and Nevada (Joshua Tree National Park, Seal Beach, Death Valley National Park, Grand Canyon Skywalk, Las Vegas, San Diego and San Francisco). On April 14th, I’ll board a cruise ship in San Francisco for a 14-day round trip cruise to Hawaii. The ship spends four days in Hawaii, a different island every day, before returning to SF via a stop in Ensenada, Mexico. Most of the cruise is spent at sea to/from Hawaii. Should be a good trip and a great way to visit Hawaii. I have shore excursions planned for three of the four island stops (Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Waimea Canyon on Kauai, and Volcanoes National Park on Hilo)

So between now and the cruise, I’ll still try to post something everyday, even if it’s just food.
