Tonight I’m in West Yellowstone, Montana

From Rock Springs, Wyoming to West Yellowstone, Montana. I’ll stay in West Yellowstone for four nights, giving me three full days to visit the park. Checked the National Parks website today, all roads within the park are now open (some are closed for the winter).

From Cheyenne, Wyoming to Rock Springs, Wyoming. Rock Springs is just a stopover on my way to Yellowstone.

Certainly not much here, even though it’s the largest city in the state (about 60,000 people) and the state capital.

This morning, routine maintenance on my car, followed by an easy drive to Cheyenne, Wyoming via Laramie, Wyoming. I’ll spend two nights in Cheyenne.
