An iconic food of Oklahoma- the onion burger. A fairly standard burger covered with sautéed onions. In the Northwest we would call this a “fair burger”. It was excellent 😋

Today I drive from Little Rock, Arkansas to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where I’ll spend two nights. Freeway all the way today.

Lots of walking areas along the Arkansas River, including two railroad bridges that have been converted to pedestrian use. Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries downtown. Nice city.

Amazing fried chicken – a bit spicy, incredibly crispy, not greasy at all. Fantastic 😋

Jackson, Mississippi to Little Rock, Arkansas, where I’ll spend two nights
