Once a run down warehouse district, now a hip, gentrified part of the city

A total solar eclipse will cross the United States on August 21st. Though I’m not sure where I’ll be between now and then, the 20th through the 22nd I’ll be in Columbia, Missouri, directly in the path of the eclipse 😀

Through Friday morning. 

Tomorrow I’m heading to Milwaukee for a couple of nights. However, it’s less than a 90 minute drive from here, so what to do in the morning?

There’s still a lot to do here in Madison – three more lakes, or perhaps the UW arboretum. Or perhaps head north and visit Green Bay? Of course I’m not a Packers fan but there’s a lot of NFL history there. I’m also sure I could find a cheese factory tour somewhere.
