Time to move on. Today, I’m leaving Boise, Idaho and driving to Bend, Oregon. I’ll spend the next three nights in Bend.

According to my personal criteria, I have now completed my visit to Idaho (though I may be back):

• Visited not one, but two natural attractions: Shoshone Falls and the Snake River Gorge in Twin Falls.
• Spent three nights in Boise.
• Ate an iconic food: Idaho Rainbow Trout
• Got an Idaho fridge magnet.

My drive today:

To compensate for the burger and fries I had for lunch. 

Unfortunately, the trails along the Boise river were closed due to the high volume of water in the river.
